With a background as a former Division 1 tennis team captain, an MIT-trained systems strategist, and a Naval Officer with over a decade of leadership experience, she combines elite fitness training, leadership development, and operational solutions to help high-impact individuals and organizations thrive in body, mind, and mission.
A lifelong learner and problem-solver, Darien blends functional fitness, mindset mastery, and business strategy to equip leaders to endure, perform, and lead well. Certified in NASM Personal Training and Nutrition, and a practitioner of faith-rooted leadership principles, she is dedicated to helping leaders run their race with resilience, excellence, and purpose.“
